Megan is a Pediatrician hailing from Savannah, Georgia. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Washington and Leigh University in Lexington, Virginia. She attended Medical School and residency at Tulane University in New Orleans.
Megan has a love of the outdoors and a true sense of adventure. In her free time she enjoys scuba diving, sky diving and cave diving. She’s also a black belt in taekwondo.
When asked about her approach to care, she says she aims to be as open, non-judgmental
and supportive as possible. “I want the patients and their families to feel comfortable talking to me about their issues and concerns,” says Dr. Murphy. “I do what I can to validate their concerns and provide the education they need.”
