  • Dr. Nancy Greer

    Dr. Nancy Greer, MD, PhD

    Pediatrician

    As a pediatrician, I have specialized training for the unique physical, developmental, and behavioral needs of children from birth through 21 years of age. My style is a warm, caring, and thorough approach, trying to place both my patients and their parents at ease, while offering answers and resources for their questions. I encourage preventive medicine for the infant, child, and adolescent with anticipatory guidance based on the Academy of Pediatrics. 

    Education and Affiliations 

    Dr. Greer earned her undergraduate degree in chemistry from Kent State University, holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Duke University, and obtained her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University. She was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Society in 1994. Dr. Greer completed her pediatric residency training through Children’s Hospital Colorado in Denver in 1997. She is board-certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Additionally, she is a member of AOA (Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society) and serves as a Medical Clinical Professor at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Denver. In this role, she has supervised pediatric residents, physician assistant students, nurse practitioners, medical students, and high school rotations. She has also lectured on antibiotic use in pediatric patients and serves as a pediatrician on the Broomfield Early Childhood Council (BECC). She is truly passionate about serving the underserved communities and people with disabilities. Dr. Greer has admitting privileges at St. Anthony North Pavilion, Children’s Hospital Colorado, and SCL Good Samaritan Hospital.

    Personal 

    Dr. Greer lives in Broomfield and has two older sons, Kenin and Brandon. She enjoys being a grandmother to her son Brandon’s twin infant daughters in Arizona. She enjoys playing the piano and church organ, attending concerts, skiing, traveling, and is active in church and community activities.  She is a member of the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce.

  • Dr. Abby Hughes

    Dr. Abby Hughes, MD

    Pediatrician

    Dr. Abby Hughes was born in Southampton, England but spent most of her childhood in Dallas, Texas. She is a board-certified pediatrician who earned her medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School in 2017. Following this, she completed a pediatric residency at SUNY Downstate and Kings County Medical Center, gaining invaluable experience through rotations at esteemed institutions such as Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. During her last year of residency, she was redeployed to the adult COVID-19 inpatient wards in Brooklyn during the pandemic and was awarded a Certificate of Courage from her program director. 

    She has worked as an outpatient pediatrician in the Denver Metro area since 2020, and is passionate about connecting with families and partnering with them on treatment plans to help make parenting easier. She is grateful for the opportunity to keep growing as a doctor and values her patient families and colleagues. In her spare time, Dr. Hughes enjoys hiking, yoga, and watching her children play sports. 

  • Dr. Megan Murphy

    Dr. Megan Murphy, MD

    Pediatrician

    Megan is a pediatrician hailing from Savannah, Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington and Leigh University in Lexington, Virginia. She attended medical School and residency at Tulane University in New Orleans. 

    Megan has a love of the outdoors and a true sense of adventure. In her free time, she enjoys scuba diving, sky diving, and cave diving. She’s also a black belt in taekwondo. 

    When asked about her approach to care, she says she aims to be as open, non-judgmental, and supportive as possible. Her philosophy is, “I want the patients and their families to feel comfortable talking to me about their issues and concerns. I do what I can to validate their concerns and provide the education they need.” 

  • Dr. Starr Wedeymeyer

    Dr. Starr Wedeymeyer, MD

    Pediatrician

    Dr. Wedemeyer was born and raised in Longmont and has resided in the Denver area since 2007. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center & School of Medicine, and completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of California, Davis.

    In addition to general pediatrics, Dr. Wedemeyer is interested in childhood development. Most of her leisure time is spent reading and spending time with her family. 

  • Frank Baldwin

    Frank Baldwin, PA

    Physicians Assistant

    Frank is a PA-C specializing in general pediatrics. As the son of an Air Force serviceman, Frank grew up moving frequently but ultimately attended high school in New England. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and completed his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Salus University.

    With over 12 years of experience, Frank has cultivated a passion for working with children with developmental and behavioral diagnoses, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and oppositional defiant disorder (ODD). He is committed to integrating mental health into primary care and advancing nutrition and obesity prevention initiatives. 

    Frank holds fond memories of his beloved dog Thor, who was a constant companion during his outdoor adventures. These days, he enjoys spending time with his snuggly cat, Jojo, and exploring nature and hiking with his partner. When not outdoors, Frank spends his time playing basketball, running, reading, cooking, and listening to music. For the past decade, he has been a devoted Denver Nuggets season ticket holder. 

    Frank’s philosophy of care emphasizes collaboration: “To work with parents as partners in their children’s health, treating every patient with respect and providing quality, accessible medical care.”

  • Victoria Correa

    Victoria Correa, CPNP-PC

    Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

    Victoria obtained her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University in 2019. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2021. Victoria is board-certified in Pediatric Primary Care and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children from birth through adolescence. Before joining MLP, she worked in primary care clinics serving largely underresourced communities and is excited to bring her experience to MLP. 

    The daughter of a Colombian immigrant, Victoria is fluent in Spanish and especially passionate about being able to care for families in their native language. Her other clinical interests include patient education, addressing social determinants of health, and the overlap between the young brain and child development. 

    Outside of clinic, Victoria enjoys skiing, Latin dancing, cooking, and spending quality time with her loved ones. She can also be found exploring the outdoors with her dog, Dash, whether she’s camping in the mountains or walking around her neighborhood.

  • Mackenzie Reshew

    Mackenzie Reshew, CPNP-PC

    Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

    Mackenzie Reshew, CPNP-PC, has been a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in primary care since 2017. She graduated with her master’s degree from Vanderbilt University after completing their Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program. Mackenzie enjoys caring for families from birth through adolescence, building relationships with families, and helping them lay the groundwork to grow, develop, and lead healthy lives. She has special interest in helping families navigate infant feeding, developmental delays, and nutrition. 

    Mackenzie loves spending her free time with her husband and their two young sons, reading, cooking, and water skiing.
